The management emphasized a structured improvement approach: identify issues, trace root causes, and drive actionable changes. A dedicated task force has been formed to lead this initiative, focusing on:
Process optimization: Streamlining coordination between R&D, sampling, and production stages to reduce inefficiencies.
Quality enhancement: Implementing refined SOPs, additional dual-layer quality checks, and stricter control measures.
